	Roque de Obieta 'Rocky"
	The youngest of six children, growing up in a bustling home were culture, food and wine is the center of each gathering and occasion. Calgary, Alberta is home to this successful restaurateur. Even at an early age this restaurateur was “entrepreneurial” in every way from delivering newspapers, working in a bakery shop, promoting events, DJ’ing at high school and community venues. Ask anyone, everyone knows “Rocky”. His life was always surrounded with culture, food, music and entertainment. He furthered his love for the hospitality industry starting as a bus boy, excelled as a waiter and later a “star” bartender – “Angini Martini anyone?” The opportunity continued and was abundant for this energetic caring individual, his experience and education makes Roque that all around hospitality service professional that he is today.
